For customers engaging in our solar installation or maintenance services, we offer a dedicated period for review. You may cancel your service agreement within three to four days of the initial signing or acceptance. This period allows you to ensure the proposed solar solution aligns perfectly with your energy goals before our technical teams commence project preparations.
Returns and Refund Policy
Our commitment is to provide high-quality solar hardware and services that meet the rigorous standards of the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is delivered in a faulty condition or does not match the technical specifications agreed upon, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We ask that you inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately. Installation and Site Requirements
